Scope overview
Applicant is seeking bids for Data Transmission Service (without Internet) at a minimum of 10Gbps and maximum of 25Gbps for WAN connectivity for 3 locations - Bellefontaine High School 555 E. Lake Ave, Bellefontaine 43311, Bellefontaine Middle School 1201 Ludlow Rd, Bellefontaine 43311 and Bellefontaine Intermediate School 509 N. Park St, Bellefontaine 43311. Previous experience with vendor preferred.
The quote and contract should provide pricing for increasing the bandwidth during the term of the agreement. Please provide pricing for 5-yr contract and include (2) voluntary extensions if available. The applicant reserves the right to reject bids received on or after the Allowable Contract Date. The applicant reserves the right to disqualify providers who don't offer discounted invoices.
