Scope overview

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department of Investigation intends to enter into negotiations for an agreement with Crow Canyon Systems, Inc., to provide Crow Canyon Platinum Implementation Package. Crow Canyon is a business solution integrated with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, offering a comprehensive purchase order system.

DOI will utilize Crow Canyon software to streamline the agency s purchasing process, allowing end-users/requestors to create purchase requisitions, facilitate approval workflow, centralize vendor databases, and monitor budgetary values and expenditures. The Platinum Implementation Package would allow for DOI to include some Procurement process features.

*PS250-Professional Services $250/hour - Purchase Request Implementation Services-QTY: 396 Any vendor who is capable of providing the goods/services to DOI must acknowledge receipt of RFx to express their interest in PASSPORT for RFI No. 03225Y0053 no later than February 3, 2025 by 2:00PM.
