Предмет на обособената позиция е „Доставка на хранителни продукти за нуждите на детски градини и ясли в Община Якоруда“. Съгласно НАРЕДБА №Н-1 от 23.07.2024 г. за екологичните изисквания към определени продукти, предмет на обществени поръчки, обн. ДВ, бр.
64 от 30.07.2024 г., в сила от 14.08.2024 г., при доставките на хранителни продукти (мляко и млечни продукти, месо и месни продукти, риба и рибни продукти, зърнено-житни храни и храни на зърнено-житна основа, зеленчуци и плодове и др., съгласно Приложение №1 към чл.
4 от Наредбата за продуктова група: Храни, кетъринг услуги и автомати за продажба на храни и напитки – доставка на храна), възложителят е нормативно задължен през 2026 г. и 2027 г. да прилага изискването за доставка на биологични хранителни продукти за не по-малко от 4% за 2026 г., респ. 5% за 2027 г.
от общото количество на доставката на групата храни, съгласно списък с биологични хранителни продукти от горепосочената наредба. Посочените количества на доставените биологични хранителни продукти може да се осигурят с един или с няколко от видовете продукти, включени в Списък с биологични хранителни продукти за всяка отделна група.
Поръчката следва да бъде изпълнена в съответствие с изискванията на приложимото действащо законодателство, Техническите спецификации - неразделна част от настоящата документация и условията на Възложителя.
