Scope overview
De TU Delft is voornemens een offertetraject te starten voor de realisatie van het project Lintrack op Campus Zuid (Van Amstelpark). Lintrack betreft een Accelerated Pavement Testing (APT) faciliteit voor onderzoek naar verkeersbelasting op wegconstructies op ware grootte. De opdracht omvat de realisatie van vier hoogwaardige Romney-loodsen, inclusief inbouwpakket en installaties.
Het gebouw bestaat uit een combinatie van onderzoeksruimte, kantoorruimte, opslag en expeditieruimte. De kantoor- en expeditieloods worden geïsoleerd uitgevoerd. De grootste loods (kantoorfunctie) wordt voorzien van glazen puien aan voor- en achterzijde, terwijl de expeditie- en stallingsloodsen aan de zuidzijde grote garagedeuren krijgen.
De kavel (circa 40 x 80 meter) ligt aan de groene voorzijde van de campus; de uitvraag heeft uitsluitend betrekking op het gebouw. De voorkeur gaat uit naar een partij die het totaalpakket kan realiseren (eventueel met onderaannemers) en beschikt over eigen engineering- en tekenexpertise om het ontwerp waar nodig te optimaliseren.
De verwachte planning is: Prijsvorming: mei/juni 2026 Voorbereiding: juni/juli 2026 Start uitvoering: augustus/september 2026 Deze vooraankondiging dient ter inventarisatie van geïnteresseerde partijen; hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend voor de uiteindelijke aanbesteding.
