Scope overview
Предмет на поръчката е избор на изпълнител за предоставяне на услуги по абонаментно сервизно обслужване на компютърен томограф SOMATOM X-cite.
Сервизното обслужване на медицинската апаратура включва неограничен брой сервизни часове за: а) Извършване на профилактика на Апаратурата според изискванията на производителя, включваща проверка на сигурността и проверка на качеството, при спазване на плана и нормативните изисквания за работа с източници на йонизиращи лъчения; б) Обслужване на Апаратурата чрез софтуер за комуникация, за наблюдение, диагностика и контрол на параметрите, включително инсталиране на всички актуализации, изисквани от производителя; в) Отстраняване на всички възникнали повреди и извършване на необходимите ремонти; г) Изпълнение на препоръчаните от производителя софтуерни и/или хардуерни модификации, осигуряващи сигурността и експлоатационната надеждност на апарата.
д) Доставка и инсталация на софтуерни ъпгрейди за системата – приложимо само за ОП № 1. е) Проактивно дистанционно наблюдение , диагностика, контрол на параметрите на апарата и качеството на образите и отстраняване на откритите отклонения в реално време.
