Scope overview
14/126 Weston Super Mare - Wells Price based on an overall minimum vehicle capacity of 60 passengers. Bids will be accepted on a cost (SCC retains fare revenue) or subsidy (operator retains fare revenue) basis, please make it clear in your submission which basis you are bidding on, failure to do so will leave the bid invalid.
Any bid on a subsidy basis must also contain a proposed fare table, failure to provide one will also invalidate the bid. Average weekly patronage between October 2024 and September 2025 is 2072 Options: 1 - Cost Basis (SC Retains fares) 2 - Subsidy Basis (Operator retains fares) Monday to Saturday only. Excluding Sundays and public holidays. Service to begin on 8th April 2026. Contract end date is 2nd April 2028.
There is no extension offer available. Tender will close at 12:00pm on Friday, 6th February 2026.
