Scope overview
Gegenstand der Leistungen des Anbieters ist die Erbringung sämtlicher Vertriebsdienstleistungen im Verkauf von internationalen Gruppenzugreisen ab 10 Reisenden im Namen der SBB an Endkunden im Rahmen einer Konzessionsvergabe. Der Anbieter ist zudem berechtigt Zusatzleistungen im direkten Zusammenhang mit der Reise wie beispielsweise Hotelübernachtungen, Museumseintritte, etc. an die Endkunden zu verkaufen.
Unter Vertriebsdienstleistungen werden insbesondere folgende Leistungen verstanden: · Gesamte Kundenberatung, -betreuung und -interaktion o Angebotserstellung gemäss Tarifbestimmungen o Zahlungsabwicklung gegenüber den Endkunden o After-Sales-Service (Kundenrückfragen, Service-après Vente, Fahrgastrechte) · Buchungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung in den Vertriebssystemen · Reporting gegenüber der SBB Zahlen, Daten und Fakten über vergangene Kundenanfragen sind dem Anhang 5 – Fact Sheet zu entnehmen.
