Scope overview
Der Auftraggeber plant den Abriss des Südflügels der Grundschule Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Im Vorfeld des Rückbaus sind die im Rahmen der Vorerkundung festgestellten Schadstoffe sowie gesondert zu entsorgende Baumaterialien fachgerecht zu demontieren und ordnungsgemäß zu entsorgen. Der abzubrechende Gebäudeteil wurde 1965 errichtet, ist in massiver Bauweise ausgeführt und umfasst eine Grundfläche von ca.
525 m² bei einem umbauten Raum von rund 8.857 m³. Die Arbeiten betreffen ein mehrgeschossiges Schulgebäude mit Erdgeschoss, Obergeschoss und Dachboden und sind unter erhöhten Anforderungen an Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Immissionsschutz durchzuführen, da angrenzende Gebäudeteile weiterhin genutzt werden.
