E377-TO and P180965. The Health Enhancement and Resiliency in Tonga (HEART) Project invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the purchase of i) one vehicle for the transport of medical waste that includes a lockable box compartment with stainless steel panel interior.; and/or ii) one passenger vehicle with hydraulic rear disability access to cater for persons in a wheelchair.
The Vehicles are categorized into Two (2) Lots whereby Suppliers may quote for at least one Lot or more. Suppliers must complete Annex 1, Annex 2, Annex 3 and Annex 4 as a requirement to submitting their quotation addressing the technical specifications stated in Annex 5 for one or more Lots including Annex 6 . Incomplete or late quotations will be rejected.
The successful Supplier must deliver the goods to the Ministry of Health at the assigned final destination as advised in RFQ Clause (7) . A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address or can be downloaded in the link provided below.
