The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), administered by the World Bank, toward the cost of the Uzbekistan Education System Capacity Building Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Quotation is issued. 2.
The Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MoPSE), responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of the Project, hereby invites your company to submit a price quotation for the provision of event management services for up to five (5) Local Education Group (LEG) coordination meetings to be held in 2026, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) provided in Annex 1, which can be found at the following link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/10WVbTtsTtd_Bbuy5x2sZt5kKeahxFQSG?usp=sharing A draft contract is provided for information purposes in Annex 2, which can be found at the same link.
3. Quotations will be evaluated, and a contract will be awarded to the firm submitting the lowest evaluated quotation that substantially meets the requirements of the ToR and this Request for Quotation. 4.
Your quotation shall include a unit price per event (all-inclusive), a cost breakdown by main categories (catering, interpretation services and equipment rental, Zoom/technical support, media coverage, stationery/printing, management fee), a brief description of your company’s relevant experience in organizing similar events (including for international organizations and development partners), information on the technical and human resources proposed for this assignment, and your company details and the contact person for this RFQ.
Quotations shall be submitted in Russian and/or English. 5. The deadline for receipt of your quotation at the above address is December 18, 2025, not later than 16:00 (Tashkent time). Quotations submitted by e-mail on or before the deadline are acceptable, provided that the subject line clearly states: “SCG-RFQNC/3 – Event Management Services for LEG Meetings 2026”. 7.
Your quotation shall remain valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the quotation submission deadline indicated in this Request for Quotation. 8.
