Scope overview
Die Stadt Leverkusen beabsichtigt die Energetische Sanierung des Werner-Heisenberg-Gymnasiums. In diesem Zuge wird die Pausenhalle auf der nördlichen Seite des Schulgebäude neu errichtet und saniert. Zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit sollen weitere Anpassung am und im Gebäude durchgeführt werden.
Zur neuen Erschließung der nördlichen Eingangsseite müssen nach Fertigstellung der Eingänge und Fassaden, Sauberläufe vor den Eingangssituationen eingebaut werden und die Pflasterflächen an die neue Höhensituation angepasst werden. Im weiteren werden die Übergangsbereiche von Vegetationsflächen zu Belagsflächen erweitert um eine Eingriff in die Kronentraufbereiche der vorhandenen Bäume zu minimieren.
Diese Arbeiten sollen im laufenden Schulbetrieb erfolgen.
