Scope overview

National Energy System Operator (NESO) continue to spend significantly on their Data Digital & Technology (DD&T) portfolio. As part of Ofgem's assessment of NESO's performance under the regulatory incentives scheme, Ofgem will monitor their spend on DD&T through the cost monitoring framework.

The supplier will assess and respond to NESO review of a series of recommendations made by the supplier, as well as complete a spot check assessment of key NESO investments and provide a recommendation on the scope of the cost monitoring framework going forwards.
