Scope overview
Dans le cadre du projet d'aménagement du site du Domaine de Champos, ARCHE Agglo entend disposer d'un maître d'oeuvre et d'une assistance environnementale afin de l'accompagner dans : -L'adaptation du plan guide et des orientations opérationnelles d'aménagement d'infrastructures et paysagères, -La définition d'une programmation intégrant la réglementation environnementale et urbanistique, -La réalisation des divers dossiers réglementaires, -La conception des aménagements paysagers et de loisirs (missions de base MOE).
La mise en oeuvre des opérations suppose un accompagnement sur le temps long qui a fait privilégier à la maîtrise d'ouvrage la mise en oeuvre d'un accord cadre.
Celui-ci identifie trois types de missions : - Des missions à prix forfaitaires : elles correspondent à la déclinaison en phases opérationnelles et programmatiques de l'adaptation du plan guide pour produire un avant-projet de niveau AVP, - Des missions à prix unitaires : elles correspondent principalement à des missions d'assistance à la maitrise d'ouvrage, à des préconisations, la rédaction de fiches de lot jusqu'au suivi en phase chantier, - Des marchés subséquents : ils correspondent aux missions de maitrise d'oeuvre des différents programmes VRD et aménagements extérieurs hors bâtiments.
