Scope overview
Die Serviceeinheit Facility Management - Hochbau des Bezirksamts Reinickendorf von Berlin führt eine Vielzahl von Baumaßnahmen durch. Für die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen werden geeignete Ingenieurbüros für Planungsleistungen im Leistungsbild „Brandschutzplanung“ gem. AHO Heft 17 (Leistungen für den bauordnungsrechtlichen Brandschutz, Ausgabe 2022) gesucht.
Ziel des Ausschreibungsverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer RV mit drei Vertragspartnern (im Folgenden nur „RVP“). Die Laufzeit der RV beträgt 2 Jahre (01.05.2026 – 30.04.2028) mit der Option auf zweimalige Verlängerung durch den Auftraggeber um jeweils 12 Monate (bis max. 30.04.2030). Abhängig vom Planungsbeginn sind Planungs- und Projektsteuerungsleistungen auch über den 30.04.2030 hinaus zu erbringen.
Durch die RVP sind Ingenieurleistungen für Bau- und Bauunterhaltsmaßnahmen zu erbringen: - Grundleistungen gem. AHO Heft 17, - Besondere Leistungen gem. AHO Heft 17 (u.a. Erstellung Feuerwehrplänen, Flucht- und Rettungsplänen, Brandschutzordnungen und sonstige Gutachter- und Beratungsleistungen).
