OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTABLE TO KENYA BASED BIDDERS ONLY OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL. OFFERS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL WILL BE INVALIDATED.
