Scope overview
الغرض من هذه المناقصة هو تعيين مقاول مؤهل لتقديم خدمات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية الشاملة لأنظمة الأمن المادي الفعّالة والسلبية في عدد (15) موقعًا تابعًا لمتاحف قطر (QM)، وذلك على مدى فترة تعاقدية مدتها (37) شهرًا. ويشمل نطاق الأعمال المتاحف الرئيسية، والأبراج، ومواقع التراث، والحدائق، والمرافق التشغيلية، مع دخول بعض المواقع ضمن نطاق العقد في مراحل مستقبلية محددة.
يشمل نطاق العمل تشغيل وفحص واختبار وإصلاح واستبدال وتحديث جميع أنظمة الأمن، بما يضمن توفرها واستمرارية عملها على مدار الساعة (24/7)، وذلك وفقًا لتوصيات الشركات المصنعة، وأفضل الممارسات المعتمدة في القطاع، ومتطلبات متاحف قطر.
كما تشمل الخدمات صيانة الأجهزة والبرمجيات، وتكامل الأنظمة، والأعمال المدنية والكهربائية المرتبطة بها، وتوفير قطع الغيار الحرجة، ومستويات الخدمة المحددة، وتقارير الأداء، وعمليات التدقيق، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في متاحف قطر لضمان موثوقية الأنظمة والالتزام بالمتطلبات.
وعلى الرغم من أن مدة العقد الإجمالية تبلغ (37) شهرًا، إلا أن بعض المواقع ستدخل ضمن نطاق العقد في مراحل لاحقة وبفترات تشغيل متفاوتة، وذلك وفقًا لما هو موضح تفصيلاً في مستندات المناقصة.
