Emmetsburg Catholic School Seeks Bundled Internet Access Service with Multiple Contract Options

Emmetsburg Catholic School is seeking a bundled Internet Access service (IA and associated transport). This service is to be delivered to [Emmetsburg Catholic School, Street address1903 S. Broadway St.,Emmetsburg IA, 50536. District seeks bids for Internet at the following capacities: Minimum of 100 Mbps and maximum of 1 Gbps. We are also requesting at a minimum of 1 static public IP addresses.

The district requests bid options for one year, three year, and five year contracts. Interested vendors should also provide the following information in their bids: * Indicate the type of connectivity (e.g. fiber, coaxial, microwave, etc.); * Identify any E-Rate ineligible charges (such as DDoS); * Indicate the amount of any applicable taxes and fees.

* Bidders must be willing to provide E-Rate discounted billing and to include this statement in the proposal. * Robo-bids and bids sent as SPAM without regard to products and services listed on the Form 470 and/or the RFP will be disqualified and will not be evaluated.

By submitting a bid, the vendor certifies that its proposed prices are consistent with the FCCs Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) and that equipment and services are compliant with FCCs recent Order (FCC 19-121) prohibiting the sale, provision, maintenance, modification or other support of equipment or services provided or manufactured by Huawei, ZTE or any other covered company deemed a national security threat.

The district reserves the right to cancel this request for bids and to reject all related proposals. Orders are contingent on E-Rate funding. The deadline for vendor proposals is 9:00 am Central Standard Time, Friday March 20th, 2026. We reserve the right to reject late-submitted proposals.
