Scope overview
Estherville Lincoln Central SD (the District) is seeking competitive bids for bundled Internet Access service (IA and associated transport). This service is to be delivered to Estherville Lincoln Central High School, 1520 Central Ave, Estherville, IA 51334. The District seeks bids for Internet at the following capacities: * Minimum of 1 Gbps and maximum of 2 Gbps.
* We are also requesting at a minimum of one (1) static public IP address. * The district requests bid options for one year, three year, and five year contracts. All proposals must clearly itemize: * Upload and Download Bandwidth, * Number of public static IP addresses * Applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges. By submitting a proposal, the vendor certifies: * Pricing complies with FCC LCP requirements.
* Compliance with FCC Order 19-121 (Huawei/ZTE ban). * Vendor has a valid SPIN and is not on the Red Light Rule list. All purchases are contingent upon approval of E-Rate funding. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All questions and proposals must be submitted via email to: Kevin Richardson - kevin.richardson@elc-csd.org.
