Elk Rapids District Library is seeking Internet Access and Data Transmission at the new library location, (breaking ground in June, 2026 to be open May, 2027) Current service is a contract for 1G Internet Access Circuit through 11/13/2028.
Looking for new and/or updated contract to cut-move from current location 300 Isle of Pines, Elk Rapids, MI 49629 to 8980 Cairn Highway in Elk Rapids, Michigan, 49629, or install new circuit to 8980 Cairn Highway, Elk Rapids, MI 49629. Seeking same service level of 1G Internet access circuit for 36- or 60-months, with 2, one-year additional extensions (potential 84 months).
Regardless of contract signature date and service start date, (usually 7/1/2026) service end and/or contract expiration dates must match up to E-rate funding years: 6/30/xxxx (of the appropriate ending term). Bids due: 3/13/2026 @ 10am Eastern to Aaron Hill, erlib.hill@gmail.com and to erate@sounderate.com. This form 470# must be in the subject line. BID DATA: Vendor SPIN must be on all bid documents.
Valid, current SPAC on file with USAC. SPI billing only. Include signature and date section in bid to accept vendor terms and conditions.
