Glazer Academy requests proposals for high-capacity broadband (100 Mbps10 Gbps) to support instructional, administrative, and operational needs across all Academy buildings. Due to repeated wired infrastructure failures, each building requires three separate connections for Students, Faculty, and Operations to ensure reliable service.

Student Segment (Highest Priority): Preferred wireless point-to-point microwave to support mandatory online state testing. Faculty & Operations Segments: Dedicated connections for instructional staff and administrative systems. No vendor preference; alternative E-Rate eligible technologies may be proposed. No duplicate services for the same user group.

Evaluation factors include price of eligible services, technical compliance, reliability, scalability, operational support (30-minute onsite response and 24/7 availability), and implementation timeline. Procurement rules: All communications must go through the formal bidding process. No calls, site visits, or emails will be accepted outside the official procurement process.
