الغاية من هذا المشروع هو (جمع ونقل النفايات والتخلص منها من جنوب محافظة الجبيل) القيام بإدارة وتشغيل وصيانة وجمع ونقل وفرز وكنس والتقاط جميع أنواع النفايات في الأحياء التابعة للعقد والتخلص منها من محافظة الجبيل وفق المخطط العام وضمن حدودها الجغرافية المعتمدة إداريا, بهدف توفير كل ما يلزم لبلوغ أعلى مستوى للإصحاح البيئي المتكامل والمتعلقة بجمع ونقل النفايات أو تلك المتعلقة بتنفيذ الخدمات الأخرى مثل المكافحة والتطهير وشفط المياه الراكدة ونقل مخلفات المباني مجهولة المصدر وخلافه ,وباستخدام احدث الوسائل المناسبة التي تضمن أداء الخدمات بمستوى فني عالي ,من خلال توفير كافة المعدات والأدوات والأجهزة المتطورة والمواد المستهلكة, واستخدام الأجهزة الفنية والإدارية ذات الكفاءات العلية والعمال المهرة والعاديين للقيام بتنفيذ وانجاز المشروع ضمن اعلى معدلات الأداء والانجاز المطلوبة ، وذلك حسب الشروط والمواصفات الفنية والخاصة والعامة ......
