Työ suoritetaan asutussa kohteessa.
Tiivistelmä päätoimenpiteistä: - Autohallin lattian esikäsittely sinkopuhalluksella - Lattiassa näkyvien halkeamien paikkaus - Lattian pohjustus - Lattian pinnoitus - Kvartsihiekan levitys - Viimeistelypinnoitteen levitys - Elastisten saumojen uusiminen (liikuntasaumat, betonilaatan ja -pilareiden reunat jne.) Työt kohteessa tulee aloittaa mahdollisimman nopeasti sopimuksen allekirjoittamisen, viimeistään 06/2026.
Urakoitsija laatii työaikataulun, töiden tulee olla valmiita 09/2026. Urakka tulee olla valmis, puutteet korjattu ja luovutettu viimeistään 30.10.2026. Tarjoajan tulee antaa kokonaisurakkahinta (alv 0%) tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Urakan toteuttajaksi valitaan kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjouksen jättänyt tarjoaja.
