Οι διαστάσεις γενικής κάτοψης του στεγασμένου χώρου θα είναι 16,00m x 35,73m με ύψος κορφιά 9,54m. Θα περιλαμβάνει αθλητικό χώρο εμβαδού ~570m2 με κατάλληλο δάπεδο, αποδυτήρια – αποθήκη – W.C.
σε ξεχωριστό αλλά εντός στέγασης προκατασκευασμένο οικίσκο, εξοπλισμό καλαθοσφαίρισης - πετοσφαίρισης και χειροσφαίρισης, κατάλληλο φωτισμό, θερμομονώσεις κελύφους. Η στέγαση θα πραγματοποιηθεί με τοξωτό φορέα πτυχωματικής λαμαρίνας επί θεμελίωσης Ω.Σ. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 299.000,00€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 24% (71.760,00€) ήτοι σύνολο 370.760,00€.
Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε τρεις (3) μήνες από την ανάρτησή της στο ΚΗΜΔΗΣ. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει τιμής.
