Scope overview
We are seeking bids for internet access and data transmission for our Amily Alternative Placement Center, W10795 Amity Rd, Brandon, WI 53919, in the range of 100 mbps - 1 gbps. Only bids sent to: Eugene Thede, ethede@cesa6.org via email will be considered. The quote must clearly identify E-rate-eligible and non-eligible items.
Pricing must be valid throughout the funding year and include all taxes and associated fees. In State or Local vendors are preferred. Multi-year contracts will be considered. Contracts must not Auto renew at the end of the term, but could include voluntary extensions.
Contracts must allow the school to file for higher bandwidth than immediately needed and have the ability to increase as needed during the contract term with no contract extension or modification required. The applicant reserves the right to reject bids that are: Received on or after the Allowable Contract Date shown on the Form 470.
Any quote/proposal submitted that does not specifically address the services requested, is generic in nature or otherwise does not meet the requirements contained in this Form 470. Agency: Coop Edcational Service Agency 6 Status: Certified
