Scope overview
Das Eidgenössische Personalamt (EPA) ist die Fachstelle für die Personalpolitik des Bundes. Es entwickelt Grundlagen und Instrumente zur Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Koordination des Personalwesens der Bundesverwaltung mit ihren gut 38‘000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Es führt das Ausbildungszentrum der Bundesverwaltung (AZB) als Dienstleister für die bundesweite Aus- und Weiterbildung ( epa.admin.ch ).
Kurse zum Thema MS Office / M365 sind Teil des genehmigten Kursprogramms des Ausbildungszentrums der Bundesverwaltung (AZB). Sie entsprechen einem strategischen Bedarf im Licht der Personalstrategie Bundesverwaltung 2024-2027 ( admin.ch ), mit dem Ziel, Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte auf die Veränderungen im Zuge des digitalen Wandels vorzubereiten und zukunftsorientierte Kompetenzen weiterzuentwickeln.
Die Einführung von M365 in der Bundesverwaltung stellt neue Herausforderungen an die Ausbildung im Thema MS Office / M365, eröffnet den Mitarbeitenden jedoch eine breite Palette an Möglichkeiten, individuell effizienter zu arbeiten. Dies soll in den Kursen ebenfalls thematisiert werden (Adoption M365).
