Het Nederlands Instituut voor Vectoren, Invasieve planten en Plantgezondheid (NIVIP) is een laboratorium en kennisinstituut voor plantgezondheid. Het NIVIP is een onderdeel van de Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) en is gevestigd op de locatie aan de Geertjesweg 15 te Wageningen.
Het gehele complex wordt de komende jaren aangepast en gerealiseerd zodat het weer een toekomstbestendig complex is dat voldoet aan de gewijzigde gebruikseisen en de Routekaart 2.0 van het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf.
In een reeks van de diverse aanbestedingen de komende jaren betreft deze aanbesteding de inkoop van Directievoering en toezicht voor de Warmte-Koude Opslag (WKO)-installatie, bodemenergiecentrale, Hoofdgebouw en Quarantainelaboratorium (inclusief tijdelijke huisvesting).
