Country: Republic of Uzbekistan Borrower/Implementing Agency: Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MoPSE) Project: Uzbekistan Education System Capacity Building (SCB) Project (financed by Global Partnership for Education (GPE); implemented with the World Bank as Grant Agent) Grant No.: TF0C5368 Procurement Method: Request for Quotations (RFQ) – Goods Contract Title: Procurement of ICT Equipment and Cloud Infrastructure Reference No.: SCG-RFQ/1 The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) (Grant No. TF0C5368) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement indicated above. The Ministry of Preschool and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MoPSE) now invites sealed quotations from eligible Suppliers for the supply of the following ICT equipment package:
- Rack Servers – 4 units
- Hybrid Storage System – 1 unit
- Data Center Ethernet Switches – 2 units
- Next-Generation Firewalls – 2 units
- UPS 10 kW – 1 unit
Delivery: 30 calendar days from receipt of advance payment. Incoterms: CIP (Incoterms 2020) for goods supplied from outside Uzbekistan; EXW (Incoterms 2020) for goods supplied from within Uzbekistan. Bidding will be conducted through Request for Quotations (RFQ) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and is open to all eligible Suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The RFQ document may be requested in English or Russian; the Purchaser will send the document by email upon written request. Deadline for submission: February 25, 2026 , not later than 15:00 (Tashkent time) . Quotations received by email before the deadline are acceptable.
