El colaborador apoyará la implementación de la estrategia comunicacional del proyecto SENATEC – 2026 con enfoque territorial y diferencial, adaptando mensajes y contenidos a los contextos locales y articulando acciones de divulgación con actores territoriales.
Asimismo, realizará el seguimiento a las acciones ejecutadas, sistematizará los resultados y elaborará insumos e informes técnicos en coordinación con el equipo nacional de la OIT. Favor presentar su propuesta comercial en Pesos Colombianos y adjuntar documentos en formato PDF
