The Dunedin City Council (DCC) 3 Waters group have identified ageing assets and process plant components that are designated as requiring attention and investment. The DCC wants to partner with one or two contractors who have the experience, capability and capacity to agree and lead the programme of work to redress these issues and ensure the DCC can maintain essential drinking water supply and wastewater services.

This is an opportunity to partner with the DCC's 3 Waters group for a significant duration. Organisations and their key personnel must be able to demonstrate they have experience working in live, brownfield, water treatment plants (WTP�s) and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP�s). They must also be able to demonstrate a highly effective and collaborative methodology for programme management.

Health and safety as well as process management will be considered strongly.
