Scope overview
Предметът на обществената поръчка е извършване на основен/капитално-възстановителен ремонт (КВР) (по-долу в текста Услуга/та) на до 10 (десет) броя двигатели РД-33, сер. 2, за самолети МиГ-29 (по-долу в текста „Двигатели/те“) за възстановяване на техния междуремонтен ресурс и междуремонтен срок на служба, чрез сключване на рамково споразумение за срок от 48 месеца.
Основните изисквания към предоставяната Услуга са описани в Техническа спецификация ТС Л 22.5023.25-УВО.
Срокът за изпълнение на КВР на всеки един Двигател не трябва да надвишава 9 (девет) месеца, считано от датата на приемо-предавателния протокол за предаване на изделието за ремонт от Потребителя на Изпълнителя или негов представител („Протокол за приемане и предаване за изпълнение на услуга“ - приложение № 6 от проекта на договор).
Изпълнението на съответната услуга приключва с приемане на съответния Двигател от упълномощени лица на Възложителя и подписване между страните на „Протокол за приемане на извършена услуга“ (приложение № 7 от проекта на договор).
За дата на изпълнение на Услугата по конкретен договор се счита датата на подписване на „Протокол за приемане на извършена услуга“, удостоверяващ получаването на Двигателите след извършване на КВР.
