Scope overview
Entlang der westlichen Grundstücksgrenze und im Innenhof I des St. Anna Krankenhauses sind im vergangenen Jahr neue Außenanlagen entstanden. 2026 sollen diese um den sog. Wirtschaftshof im Norden und Nordwesten des Areals (~1400m²) entlang der Krankenhausstraße ergänzt werden. Aufgrund des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebes müssen Teile der Baubereichs nutzbar bleiben.
Die Maßnahme soll deshalb in 2 direkt aufeinander folgenden Bauabschnitten ausgeführt werden. Enthalten sind u.a. Leistungen für: Abbrucharbeiten, Baufreimachung Bodenaushub, Erdarbeiten Pflasterflächen (240m²), Asphaltflächen (650m²), Einfassungen, Entwässerung, Winkelstützmauern, Gabionenwände, Stb.-Fundament Oberbodenarbeiten (295m²), Rasen und Ansaaten, Pflanzarbeiten, Starkstromanlagen (Schächte, Kabelkanäle)
