Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια τριάντα έξι (36) «έξυπνων» κάδων χωρητικότητας 660lt για ένα ρεύμα με σκοπό τη δημιουργία καλών πρακτικών στη διαχείριση των απορριμμάτων.
Η υλοποίηση της προμήθειας θα περιλαμβάνει την προμήθεια του ειδικού εξοπλισμού στο σύνολό του (εκτός των πλαστικών κάδων), το σύστημα που τους μετατρέπει σε «έξυπνους», τη μεταφορά και τοποθέτησή τους στις συγκεκριμένες θέσεις, την επίδειξη και διαπίστωση της λειτουργίας τους, την παροχή του ηλεκτρονικού συστήματος αναγνώρισης χρηστών, παρακολούθησης ποσοτήτων και ανταπόδοσης καθώς και την εγγύηση της λειτουργίας.
