Scope overview

This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to Panel Two members of the Physical Works Panels, to submit a tender for the Sunset Road Retaining Wall. This is a single-stage procurement process and will be evaluated using the lowest price conforming method (LPC). We required the construction of a new-115m long concrete retaining wall along an access road adjacent to 12-24 Sunset Road.

Additional works include a road safety barrier, minor work to the stormwater drainage and reinstating the carriage way, footpath and access road.
