If you are not the manufacturer of the items that you propose, you must provide proof that you are an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. FAR 52.225-2, Buy American Certificate must be completed, or your submission will be determined to be non-responsive and will not be evaluated.

EVALUATION: The proposals will be evaluated on the following: Technical: Will be evaluated on the proposal that demonstrates the ability to provide the salient characteristics requested by the Government. Delivery Schedule Price: The offeror shall complete the pricing schedule provided in the solicitation.
