Scope overview
In line with AT�s Low Emission Bus Roadmap, AT is seeking to obtain two electric bus fast chargers for the Manukau bus station. This is to help ensure the necessary charging infrastructure is available to support an electrified bus fleet. The availability of the chargers will also encourage uptake of electric buses by bus operators and add resilience to the network.
What we need: Auckland Transport requires the supply of two electric bus fast chargers at Manukau bus station. The types of chargers required are AC/DC combined chargers, with AC power equal to or greater than 40kW and DC power between 150-200kW. This RFP is for the supply of chargers only with installation services to be secured through a separate process.
