Scope overview
Internet Service for the following seven (4) schools: 200718 Colegio Santa Cruz (1Gbps), 200320 Colegio Sagrada Familia (200Mbps), 201220 Colegio San Agustn (1Gbps), and 200461 Colegio San Gabriel para Nios Sordos (500Mbps). In keeping with FCC rules and Consorcio Colegios Catolicos Arquidiocesis De San Juan, an award or awards will be made to the provider with the most cost-effective solution.
Price alone will not be the determining factor.
Other factors of consideration will be a local presence in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in order to provide installation, configuration, and maintenance services due to the fact that Consorcio Colegios Catolicos Arquidiocesis De San Juan is located in Puerto Rico, which is geographically separated from the continental United States; prior experience, including past performance, personnel qualifications, and technical excellence, which will be determined based on the required professional references; management capability, including schedule compliance; environmental objectives; and flexibility of leasing terms and arrangements.
