University of Sheffield Fit Out Works for Old Henderson's Relish Factory Conversion

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for fit out works at the old Hendersons relish factory. Scope of Requirement: This project involves the fit out of the old Hendersons relish factory building located on Leavygreave Road, Sheffield.

The scope of works consists of converting the two-storey building in to a new collaboration and office space for both staff and students of the University of Sheffield.
