Маршрутите и маршрутните разписания на автобусните линии са представени като приложение към настоящата спецификация.

Съгласно действащите маршрути и маршрутни разписания от утвърдената Общинска транспортна схема на Община Пловдив, за съответна основна градска автобусна линия, при условията, съгласно документацията, и в съответствие с действащото законодателство, уреждащо обществения превоз на пътници по утвърдени транспортни схеми. 2. При спазване на изискванията на ЗАП, Наредба № 33 от 03.11.1999 г.
за обществен превоз на пътници и товари на територията на Република България, както и на действащото по време на договора законодателство. 3. Всички автобуси, необходими за изпълнението предмета на поръчката, трябва да са автобуси от класове І и ІІ по смисъла на чл. 149 от Закона за движението по пътищата 4.
Съгласно останалите условия, посочени в Техническата спецификация и при условията на проекта на договор, представляващи част от документацията по поръчката.
