Scope overview

Solicitation Amendment 002 issued to extend the closing date from November 18, 2025 to December 9, 2025.
Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Paper Records Storage and Digitization Solutions to Veterans Affairs Canada. The period of the contract is April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2033, inclusive. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
