Предметът на обществената поръчка включва доставката на напълно интегриран инфузионен комплект от консумативи за помпа за прецизно контролирани терапии. Код на поръчката, съгласно Общ терминологичен речник: 33140000 – Медицински консумативи. Изискванията, на които трябва да отговарят продуктите, са указани в Техническата спецификация – Приложение № 1 и в документацията за участие.
Оферираните медицински изделия следва да бъдат включени в "Списък с медицински изделия по групи, които НЗОК заплаща в условията на болничната медицинска помощ, и стойността, до която НЗОК заплаща за всяка група, съставен по реда на чл. 13, ал. 2, т. 2, буква "а" от Наредба № 10 от 2009 г.
за условията, реда, механизма и критериите за заплащане от Националната здравноосигурителна каса на лекарствени продукти, медицински изделия и на диетични храни за специални медицински цели, договаряне на отстъпки и възстановяване на превишените средства при прилагане на механизъм, гарантиращ предвидимост и устойчивост на бюджета на НЗОК, в сила от 01 януари 2025 г.
