Tällä tietopyynnöllä hankintayksikkö kartoittaa markkinoita, koskien Rantasalmen kunnan koulukuljetusten hankintaa sekä hankinnan toteuttamista ja kutsuu hankinnasta kiinnostuneita toimijoita ilmoittautumaan hankinnan valmistelun osana toteutettavaan markkinavuoropuheluun. Koulukuljetusten sopimuskausi on lukuvuosille 2027-2028 sekä mahdolliset optiovuodet. Koulukuljetusreitit ja oppilasmäärät tarkentuvat myöhemmin.
Markkinavuoropuhelussa tavoitteena on esitellä hankinnan lähtökohdat, käydä vuoropuhelua hankinnan toteutuksesta ja sisällöstä sekä saada osallistujien näkemyksiä niihin. Markkinavuoropuhelu toteutetaan hankintayksikön harkitsemalla tavalla. Hankintayksikkö voi esimerkiksi lähettää tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen luonnoksia kommentoitaviksi markkinavuoropuheluun osallistuneille.
Selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu toteuttamaan hankintaa ja markkinavuoropuhelun aikana esitellyt asiakirjat ovat luonnosasiakirjoja. Ilmoittautuminen markkinavuoropuheluun ei ole edellytys mahdolliseen myöhemmin toteutettavaan kilpailutukseen osallistumiselle eikä sido siihen osallistuvia tahoja. Hankintayksikkö ei maksa korvausta markkinavuoropuheluun osallistumisesta.
