Besonderheiten : Die Baustelle befindet sich in der Innenstadt und ist von öffentlichen Verkehrsflächen umgeben. Während der Bauarbeiten wird das Rathaus im östlichen Teil weiter genutzt, es findet Verwaltungstätigkeit und Besucherverkehr statt.
