Service Location: VA Portland Healthcare System Building 103, E147 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239-2964 The period of performance will be the following: Base Year: 04/01/2026 03/31/2027 Delivery and installation required within 90 days of start of the period of performance. Vendor shall install the system within three weeks of delivery to VA Portland Healthcare System.

The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
