В предмета на обособената позиция е включена доставка на един брой ново електрическо превозно средство (електромобил), категория М1 или N1, изцяло електрическо (с нулеви емисии), отговарящо на минималните технически и функционални изисквания, определени в техническата спецификация, включително изискванията за капацитет на батерията, автономен пробег, товароносимост, зарядни възможности и гаранционни условия.
Изпълнителя извършва всички необходими действия по регистрация на превозното средство в компетентните органи, включително регистрация в КАТ, осигуряване на регистрационни табели, издаване и предаване на свидетелство за регистрация – част I и част II (голям и малък талон), както и предаване на гаранционна карта, и всички съпътстващи документи, необходими за законната експлоатация на автомобила.
Електромобилът следва да бъде предаден в напълно окомплектовано, регистрирано и годно за експлоатация състояние. Подробно описание на изискванията за изпълнение на поръчката се съдържа в приложената към документацията техническа спецификация.
