Целта на тази разработка е да се предложи единна визия за цялостно благоустрояване на междублоково пространство, така че то да отговаря на нуждите на обитателите му за отдих, социални контакти, достъпност на публичната среда, подобряване условията за достъп във вътрешността на територията, подобряване качествата на околната среда, осигуряване на достъпна и привлекателна градска среда за жителите на района.
