Die Vertragsleistung Lph 1 bis 2 umfasst die Objekt- und die dazugehörigen Fachplanungen sowie die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstungen (Generalplanung): - Objektplanung - Brandschutz - Tragwerksplanung - Freianlagenplanung - Bauphysik, u.a.
Lärmschutzprognose - Fachgutachten zur Regenwasserbewirtschaftung - Bausubstanzuntersuchungen - Baulogistik - Abwasser, Wasseranlagen - Wärmeversorgungsanlagen - Raumlufttechnische Anlagen - Elektrische Anlagen - Kommunikations-, sicherheits- und informationstechnische Anlagen - Förderanlagen - Nutzungsspezifische und Verfahrenstechnische Anlagen - Gebäude- und Anlagenautomation Der Auftraggeber kann optional mit Besonderen Leistungen der Lph 1 & 2 ganz oder teilweise beauftragt werden: - Grundlagenermittlung Ladeinfrafstruktur - Vorplanung Ladeinfrastruktur - Aufstellen einer vertieften Kostenschätzung nach Positionen einzelner Gewerke - Aufstellen der funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung Es besteht kein Rechtsanspruch auf Übertragung der optionalen Leistungen.
Inhalt und Umfang der Architekten- und Ingenieurleistungen ergeben sich im Einzelnen aus dem Vertrag nebst seinen Anlagen, insbesondere der Vertragsanlage "V_Anlage_01_Projektbeschreibung.pdf" sowie der Anlage "V_Anlage_02_77364_bepreiste_Leistungsbeschreibung_Honorar_Leseexemplar.pdf".
