Scope overview

CSB Best Value BWT-1639-PBS: The Work under this Contract is to provide all necessary labor, parts, materials and equipment for repair and maintenance of Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS) tank systems, at various New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Wastewater Resource Recovery Facilities (WRRF), Pumping Stations and associated DEP facilities located in the City of New York, as set forth in Exhibit C.

PBS tank systems include aboveground PBS tanks (ASTs) and underground PBS tanks (USTs) and their piping, monitoring and other ancillary equipment connected with the tanks. DEP has approximately eighty-five (85) ASTs and seventy (70) USTs located throughout various WWRFs and pump stations. These tanks have capacities between 20 and 40,000 gallons.

This Competitive Sealed Bid ( RFx ) is being released through PASSPort, New York City s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page and click on the Search Funding Opportunities in PASSPort blue box.
