Scope overview
DEP intends to enter into a Sole Source agreement with Ross Valve Manufacturing Co Inc., for RVM-1 for the Purchase of Ross Regulator Parts. The Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations (BWSO) currently have 383 Ross Regulators of which 334 are in operation Citywide.
To effectively maintain these Ross Regulators in controlling water pressures within the Distribution System for the five Boroughs, preventative maintenance and repairs are done periodically. Any firm which believes it can also provide the required service IN THE FUTURE is invited to so, indicated by letter which must be received no later than March 12, 2026, 4:00 P.M.
