Scope overview
Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, it is the intent of the New York City Department of Finance ( DOF ) to enter into sole source negotiations with Tyler Technologies Inc. for the Intellidact AI software subscription used by Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for its Optical Character Recognition (OCR) features.
Any vendor, who is an authorized reseller for Tyler Technologies Inc. that provide the Intellidact software subscription is invited to express its interest by submitting a response in PASSPort. Please complete the Acknowledgment tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses tab. If you have questions about the details of the RFx, please submit through the Discussion with Buyer tab.
