Citywide Planning and Engineering Services for Transportation Infrastructure Projects

The Department of Budget and Capital Program Management is seeking appropriately qualified vendors to provide Planning, Engineering, Architectural Design, and Inspection Services Citywide to assist the Department s workforce and to obtain personnel expertise that is not available in the agency.

The scope of work assigned under this agreement may consist in whole, in part, or in combination of typical tasks listed in the RFP.

In addition, work shall be performed in accordance with all the Department s Standards, the NYCDDC General Requirements for Engineering Design and Related Services in Connection with Highway, Sewer, Water Main, Street Lighting, and Traffic Signal Work, and Other Work Incidental Thereto, and all applicable standards outlined under General Requirements of this contract.

This Procurement is subject to participation goals for New York State s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) as required by FTA and FHWA; however, there is no DBE goal set for this project. A Pre-Proposal Conference has been scheduled for January 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. through the Microsoft Teams link.
